Order

1. Please select ronce kembang products through Products Category or Price Category menu in the left side of this page. The Menu consists of 'category' (e.g.: Table Flower) then continued with 'sub category' (e.g.: Dainty & Cute) and finished with detail page that shows bigger & clearer product picture and also explains product specification and price.
2. Delivery cost is not included in price.
3. Standard packaging is included in price. Standard packaging use duplex carton box (white) or other materials according with information in Product Detail page.
4. Please write your order into the Order Form that could be opened in a new page by clicking button. This button also available in every Product Detail page. You could continue selecting other products and fill-in the products data into Order Form that already opened before. After finishing fill-in the data of BUYER, RECIPIENT, DELIVERY and ordered products please click "Submit" in Order Form. By clicking "Submit" button, your order information will be automatically sent by email to ronce kembang and your email address. Please make sure all the information that you have filled are correct & complete.

6. We would attach a card along with your order so you could convey your message to your receiver.
7. ronce kembang florist will confirm stock availability, your total order value, delivery cost and our payment account by sending you an Order Confirmation sheet.
8. Delivery will be processed after we received your full payment.
9. Delivery will be handled by TIKI courier service or other courier service that we had agreed. Please click here for tariff information of TIKI courier service. Jabodetabek delivery via TIKI will require approximately 2 (two) days. For detailed information about delivery please click here.
10. If you desire the package to be received on a certain date & time, you could choose our Special Delivery Service (SDS), a service by ronce kembang Crew which guarantee your order will be received on a specific date & time by the recipient. 11. ronce kembang florist will email Payment Receipt and delivery confirmation to you, also inform the consignment number so you could track the delivery.
12. When the product has been received, please inform ronce kembang florist by email/fax.
