ronce kembang florist provides flexible and easy order method :
- Please select suitable products from ronce kembang florist through 'PRODUCT' menu in the left side of every pages. The Menu consists of 'Product Category' (e.g.: Artificial Tree, Table Flower, etc.). The menu will displays a wide selection of products in each certain categories. You also can browse trough 'Category Tab' in bottom of the front page. Click one of product picture to get detail page with bigger product image, product description/specification and price.
- Delivery cost is not included in price.
- There are two ways to place your orders, first by using 'SHOPPING CART' facilities and second by chatting/email/SMS/telp/fax to 'ORDER CONTACT' which informed on every page.
- How to use 'SHOPPING CART' facilities:
- Please select sutable products.
- Input required qty and the click 'ADD TO CART'. Detailed order information will shown on the left side (below of 'PRODUCT' menu).
- You can browse other products and add other orders or you can review your orders in 'Order List' page by click 'Show Order' link in the left side.
- In the 'Order List' page, you will find all ordered products include their qty and price. You can delete ordered products and/or edit the ordered quantity. To continue the order process please click 'Checkout'.
- Please login using your customer account or create new customer account if you don't have.
- Please complate data for:
- SHIPPING ADDRESS;
- DATE, TIME & SHIPPING METOD;
- PAYMENT METHOD;
- CARD MESSAGE.
- Check once again the data of your order, if it is correct please click the 'Confirm Order'. An Order Confirmation sheet will send to your email address.
- On another occasion, you can login to see details and history of your orders, and edit your account data.
- We would attach a card along with your order so you could convey your message to your receiver.
- ronce kembang florist will confirm stock availability, your total order value, delivery cost and our bank account for payment by sending you an Order Confirmation sheet.
- Delivery will be processed after we received your full payment.
- Delivery will be handled by TIKI courier service or other courier service that we had agreed. Please click here for tariff information of TIKI courier service. Jabodetabek delivery via TIKI will require approximately 2 (two) days. For detailed information about delivery please click here.
- If you desire the package to be received on a certain date & time, you could choose our Special Delivery Service (SDS), a service by ronce kembang Crew which guarantee your order will be received on a specific date & time by the recipient. Especially for delivering by SDS, ronce kembang provides picture taking service, which we photograph the product & the recipient. For detailed information about delivery please click here.
- ronce kembang florist will email Payment Receipt and delivery confirmation to you, also inform the consignment number so you could track the delivery.
- When the product has been received, please inform ronce kembang florist by email/fax/SMS.
